Riches Monts : Les Cimes Le Prédou is a cheese speciality made from milk produced in Aveyron, in the central highlands of France.
Its creamy texture and fresh taste have made it a favourite with all the family, spread on a slice of country bread or as an accompaniment for a green salad, baked potatoes, etc.
