The Industrial Department is responsible for the overall organization required to manufacture the company's products at the various sites and for managing all production resources (factories, workshops, laboratories, etc...)

F. Dossal -  Dir. Commercial France Sales Director : Frédérick DOSSAL

The Sales Department is responsible for sales of all the company's products to distribution networks in France.
It is organized into three networks (counter service, self-service and distributor brands).
J.P Koenig - Dir. Commercial International Export Sales Director : Jean-Paul KOENIG

The Export Sales Department is responsible for making Fromageries Riches Monts products available worldwide, developing sales volume by choosing the most suitable distribution channel for each product category.
F. Beuchot - Dir. Marketing Marketing Director : Philippe TASTE

The Marketing Department positions, develops and coordinates the various brands, helping sales personnel to make them more attractive and building a full-scale strategy for optimum market penetration.
J.P Debeffe - DRH Communication

Human Resources and Communication Director : Jean-Paul DEBEFFE

D. Bertin - Contrôleur financier

 Accounting & Financial Director: Didier BERTIN

The Financial Department prepares and implements the company's financial policy, in consultation with the group.

It manages company funds in such a way as to preserve its independence and solvency within the framework of the current development plan.

It draws up annual financial reports and produces accounting data for use by other company departments.

The department is responsible for the following functions: general and analytical accounting, cashflow and auditin

The Accounting Services Directorate draws up yearly accounting documents and, in this capacity, is responsible for compliance with legal, accounting and tax regulations.

It sends monthly figures on corporate revenue to the Auditing Department.

It manages company funds, in relation with Groupe Sodiaal, to maintain the requisite cash flow within the framework of development projects.

The Accounting Services Directorate regroups the following functions: general and analytical accounting, supplier and customer accounts, cashflow and legal issues..
