Built in 1938, the factory at St Triver started with butter and fromage frais production.
Today, the cheese factory, located near Macon and Bourg en Bresse, is producing 100 000 litres of milk a day, with 4 coagulation tanks.
St Trivier has the capability to produced a variety of cheese - round and square Raclette as well as different forms of St Trivier.
The factory can also produce local specialities notably Raclette with raw milk. No of employees: 27
